Privacy concerns
In most cases, our store, pharmacy and vision centre management team should be able to assist you with your questions and/or concerns related to how your personal information is being handled.
To help us meet our commitment to you, we have appointed a Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (“CECO”) to oversee our privacy practices and our compliance with the governing laws and regulations.
If you have any questions about our policies or if you want to exercise your rights, or if you feel there is a problem with the way your personal information is being managed, you may send a written request to CECO, Wal-Mart Canada Corp. at 1940 Argentia Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5N 1P9 or email the Privacy Office at CAPrivacy@wal-mart.com. When contacting the Privacy Office, please provide your name, contact information, the nature of your request, and any other relevant information which may help us when responding to you.
Purchase related concerns
For general customer support inquiries relating to activities such as buying, delivery, returns, or payment issues, or when you want to deactivate or delete your Walmart.ca account, visit the Help Centre.

Law enforcement inquiries
If you are investigating identity theft on behalf of a victim or need information regarding a crime that may have occurred at Walmart or on one of our websites, please complete and submit the Law Enforcement Request Form and follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Complete the Law Enforcement Request Form
- Step 2: Save the completed form to your computer desktop and submit it along with any supporting documentation through one of the following ways:
- In Person: to a Loss Prevention associate at the store
- By Email: to CAPrivacy@wal-mart.com
- By Mail: to Privacy Office, Wal-Mart Canada Corp., 1940 Argentia Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5N 1P9
Security researcher reports
Walmart cares deeply about maintaining the trust and confidence that our customers place in us. The security of our online platforms is of paramount importance. If you are a security researcher and have discovered a security vulnerability in one of our websites, we encourage you to disclose it to us in a responsible manner.
We encourage security researchers to share the details of any suspected vulnerabilities with the Walmart Information Security Team by submitting a report through: https://corporate.walmart.com/article/responsible-disclosure-policy.
NOTE: We require security researchers to include detailed information with steps for us to reproduce the vulnerability.
We will validate and fix vulnerabilities in accordance with our commitment to security and privacy. We will not take legal action against, or suspend or terminate the accounts of researchers who discover and report security vulnerabilities.
Walmart will review the submission to determine if the finding is valid and has not been previously reported. At Walmart’s discretion, you may be eligible for monetary compensation for your efforts.
Employees of Walmart or Walmart subsidiaries, vendors currently working with Walmart or Walmart subsidiaries, are not eligible for monetary compensation. In case you belong to any of the listed categories, you must specify that in your report.
