To better serve its customers in Brampton, Ontario - one of Canada’s fastest-growing cities - a new Walmart Supercentre is expected to open in 2027 in Bramalea City Centre (BCC), located at 25 Peel Centre Drive. Walmart Canada will become a new anchor tenant in Brampton’s largest shopping destination, enhancing everyday convenience for the surrounding community.
The approximately 140,000 square-foot Bramalea City Centre Walmart Supercentre will feature:
- Walmart’s full general merchandise assortment, including fashion, home goods, electronics, health and wellness, seasonal items and more
- A full grocery assortment of fresh produce, chicken, beef, pork and seafood, deli foods, baked goods, dairy products, frozen foods and dry grocery items
- A Walmart Pharmacy
- Convenient pickup and delivery from store

Bramalea City Centre is one of Canada’s largest enclosed shopping centres, spanning approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail space with more than 300 stores and services. Owned and managed by Morguard Investments Limited, BCC is evolving to enhance its overall visitor experience. This includes refining its tenant mix – such as the addition of Walmart - and a recently- completed multi-million-dollar renovation.
