For more than 22 years, Anthony Guidotti’s journey at Walmart Canada has been shaped by growth and the power of mentorship.
Anthony started his Walmart journey working part-time in the photo lab before moving to the front-end. What started as a part-time job, quickly became something more. It became an opportunity to build a long-term career. As he explored new roles, Anthony continued to grow his skills, take on new opportunities and expand his experience.
Over time, Anthony progressed through a variety of roles, strengthening both his expertise and leadership. Today, he serves as a Modular and Space Execution Manager, supporting back-end operations for the space team.
Mentorship has played a meaningful role throughout Anthony’s career. Leaders who recognized his potential helped open doors and encouraged him to keep developing.
“Having a mentor see your potential is really part of the Walmart culture,” says Anthony. “The support I received shaped the leader that I strive to be today.”
Now, Anthony is paying that support forward, mentoring others and helping create the same opportunities that shaped his own career.
After more than two decades with Walmart Canada, Anthony’s story is a powerful example of what’s possible when growth and support go hand in hand.
