Back-to-school like a boss: Walmart Canada celebrates kids’ unique styles this back-to-school season

Back-to-school shopping is well underway and while parents might be holding the pocketbooks for the seasonal stock-up, it’s also an opportunity for kids to celebrate their unique personal styles.


Known for our low prices, assortment and convenience, Walmart Canada is proud to be a top destination for back-to-school shopping and to be able to cater to the diverse needs and wants of kids and to make back-to-school shopping a fun and exciting experience.


“As a mom of two, I know firsthand that children have a voice when it comes to back to school shopping – and they’re not shy about using it!” said Melissa Pereira, Director, Creative and Content, Walmart Canada “We’re celebrating that insight and experience in our back-to-school advertising campaign. This year’s back to school hero TV commercial highlights a young girl’s back-to-school shopping experience at Walmart. She’s not just shopping, she's curating her personal style, picking from fashion tees, school supplies, and accessories available in a variety of fun and on-trends colours, prints, and patterns.


With thousands of items on Rollback, including back-to-school must-haves, parents will find the prices they’re looking for on the items their kids will love.


The back-to-school TV spot airs through to September and is part of a comprehensive back-to-school marketing campaign, which includes traditional media and extends to various digital platforms including Buzzfeed, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring a broad reach to a diverse audience.
