In his current role, Joseph is responsible for accelerating Walmart Canada's growth strategy and oversees the growth team, which includes: Customer Office, E-commerce, Data as well as extended retail adjacent verticals, Financial Services, Walmart Connect and Luminate. 

Prior to this role, Joseph was SVP, Business Transformation and Acceleration at Walmart International. Previously, he also  served as the SVP, Chief Supply Chain Officer for Sam’s Club.

Joseph has an extensive, global background working in e-commerce (& digital), supply chain, omnichannel, business transformation, and technology. 

Before joining Walmart in early 2022, Joseph spent 14 years with Adidas in various leadership positions. Across his time at Adidas and in prior roles at GE Energy, Joseph has lived and worked in six countries.

Joseph holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland and bachelor’s degrees in computer engineering and political science from Clemson University.
