Steve is currently the Chief Operations Officer, End to End for Walmart Canada, overseeing Operations, Supply Chain, Real Estate and Format.

Prior to joining Walmart Canada, Steve served as the Senior Vice President, Business Unit Leader for Walmart in the Western US.

As a key leader and culture champion, Steve has made significant contributions to Sam’s Club and Walmart over the past three decades.

Steve joined Walmart as an hourly cart attendant in June 1989 at Sam’s Club in Davenport, Iowa and continued working his way up through the operational ranks, each role with increased responsibilities and building up his strong understanding of the Walmart business.
