In her current role, Rhonda oversees the legal department, which is responsible for handling all legal matters affecting the company. Prior to her current role, Rhonda was an associate general counsel and supported the business in a wide range of initiatives including the launch of Supercentres, Walmart Canada Bank, Walmart.ca and the acquisition of logistics and transportation businesses.

In 2013, Rhonda was instrumental in the creation of the International Compliance Consumer Protection program as the first Global Subject Matter Leader. In addition, Rhonda founded and co-chaired the Global Marketing and Merchandising Forum for Walmart Lawyers.

Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria.
