In his current role, Grant leads Walmart Canada’s multi-disciplinary Ethics and Compliance program and team.

He started his career with Walmart in 2012 in the legal department and completed an assignment in Bangalore, India, as interim General Counsel of Flipkart Group.

Prior to joining Walmart, Grant practiced corporate and commercial law at Goodmans LLP in Toronto, Ontario.

Grant holds a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge, a Bachelor of Laws from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University. Grant is a past member of the Conference Board of Canada’s Council of Chief Privacy Officers.
